How I Do Change Not all change initiatives are the same

pageheader8As an organization change practitioner, I am familiar with, knowledgeable, and certified in leading change management theories and methodologies.

Different types of change present different people management challenges: strategic change, structural, process, metrics and rewards, people, or technology change. Guiding psychological principles emphasize that individuals and organizations transition through change in certain fundamental and basic ways.

My project-based change management approach has proven to be successful with my clients – I refer to it as “purpose-to-fit” – because not all change initiatives are created the same.

I use and develop a practical, executable methodology with assessments and tools that define, measure, direct, and deliver my client’s change initiative in whatever their form.
